This was an amazing project. I had taken a trip to Park Valley to see my Grandmother's Grave. The house she grew up in is abandoned yet beautiful. My Grandmother's parents were immigrants from Switzerland.

I walked down the dirt path with my daughter's hand to the back of the house. I was nervous not knowing what animals may be lurking. I stepped up onto the creaky porch past an old broken wide-open fridge. I could see broken glass on the porch. I kept my eyes open wide, I could hear something coming. I wondered if it were some big bull dog. My heart sped up. Backing up because I was scared, I picked up my little girl, ready to run. There they were, about 5 little cute puppies. It scared me to death!

I stepped back up onto the porch looking inside. I could see the old fireplace boarded up. We reached inside to get some wall paper.

I wanted to take somethings back with me to produce for me, my mom, and my sister.

Well, with the glass from the house, I cut it to size, cut out the wall paper, and found some vintage photos of my Grandmother. My Grandmother died when my mom was 10. She wrote some letters to my mother to have her open on Birthdays. My Grandmother would always say "Be Good". I added a charm to remind me to "Be Good".

So special to have a piece of my Grandmother everywhere I go.

Colored Glass Bracelets

This Colored Glass Bracelet was inspired by all the glass sitting in boxes. I felt selfish being the only one to enjoy such pieces of raw art. Each bracelet is it's own piece of art, varring slightly, being unique.

One of the favorite things about my business is to be able to do special orders. This is a cute girl who found me off of Simply Utah (a button is provided on main page of my blog). I was featured there...She ordered and gave me free-range of what I could do with her photos.
I had thought of what I could do that would be different yet classy. So, I was at the drive-thru at Zions Bank and noticed the teller. She had on a necklace that had 2 rectangle shapes on the left and one bigger on the right of the necklace. The necklace had several chains at the bottom too. My inspiration light went on in my brain. I took that concept and completed the masterpiece. I can't wait to get some updated photos of my kids to make me one.

Well Behaved Women...

So, one of my customers has her blog title as "Well Behaved Women Rarely Make History." I loved the saying. Now that I am aware of these naughty women, I see the saying more and more. I just had to make a pendant from it. What better than a crazy little girl riding an alligator.

Keychains no longer Drabby!

These were so fun to create. I had to finally add one to my own keychain. These are perfect for those who are nervous to wear jewelry (some just don't do it--crazy). Of course you can personalize the keychain to have a personal photo in. Heck a Man could definately pull this off.

Blondes and Burnetts and Me on TV

I love these new big pendants. They are super fun. I wore "blonds have more fun" when I was on Good Things Utah. Boy was that embarrassing.

I ended up watching a Good Things Utah episode while working out on the treadmill. They were having a "SpouseOlogy" game show live TV. I wrote a email describing how I was mad in love with my husband. Low and behold they called me on a Wed. said "you are chosen to be a contestant out of 600 applicants and can you visit the studio on Friday".

Wow, I was excited to have the chance to win a getaway for Valentines Day worth $4,000. We truthfully needed a break for a getaway and by hell we studied desperately. So, I was nervous out of my mind and thought ~crap am I really doing this?

We lost by one question. I thought they asked "Who do I want to go with me to a private Island" I said my sister or my mom, and it was for Jason to take from my family. He would have said Mike the funny fisherman. DANG! We did get a gift certificate to a nice restaurant that we still have not used.

If you saw me on TV, you should comment and make fun of me. Wow!

Versatile Pearls

These pearls are so dang fun! You can switch which beads are on top or bottom. I put lobster claws on the pendants so you can attach it to the pearls. When I get the time I will put it in so you can purchase it with paypal ($17). Currently, just email me what you would like for these pearls. They come in Grey, Cream, White, and Black.

Dancer Mess Ups

When I made these, I did not read it well enough. It is supposto say "Dancing is like Dreaming with your feet" I wrote it the wrong way. "Dreaming is like dancing with your feet".

So, it is 50% off so I don't have to keep wrong inventory. (no one would know but you)
